I tried to bakealong this Danish cornucopia from the Great British Baking show. I say try because that thing did not want to stay together. Actually it stayed together for about 20 minutes. It is possible I didn’t let the caramel set long enough before trying to attach the cornucopia to the base so I may give it another shot next Thanksgiving. This is basically another take on the Norwegian kransekake which are also baked marzipan rings. Anyway, I think you’ll find the outtakes from this assembly more entertaining than the actual bake:
